MURRAY SCHWARTZ LECTURES ON EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION AT NYCLA'S BRIDGE THE GAP SERIES
JULY 20, 2007
Murray Schwartz lectured before more than 100 attorneys at the New York County Lawyers’ Association (NYCLA) offices on the subject of “How to Handle and Negotiate Your First Employment Discrimination Case.” Topics covered included drafting retainer agreements, strategies for settlement and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
This lecture was presented as part of the NYCLA's “Bridge the Gap” Series, which puts together several days of continuing legal education (CLE) lectures on various topics, so those in attendance can fulfill their CLE requirements and maintain their good standing at the bar. Matthew Schatz participated in the preparation of the article that accompanied the presentation.
