He is honest, reliable, and an excellent communicator.
I highly recommend Brian Heller. He is honest, reliable, and an excellent communicator. Brian responds promptly to every call and email himself, and he’s always straightforward and fair. The very few times I did speak with someone other than Brian himself, they were overly polite and courteous. It’s refreshing to work with someone so trustworthy and dedicated to doing things the right way.

I would highly recommend Schwartz, Perry and Heller
I would highly recommend utilizing Schwartz, Perry and Heller for all of your employment lawyer needs. I found myself in need of an employment lawyer and contacted Schwartz, Perry and Heller for a consult. Within 24 hours I was on a Zoom call with Attorney Brian Heller. From that moment on, until his services were no longer needed 3 months later, Brian was constantly available to me to assist with my fight. Brian was supportive, understanding, kind, and compassionate, but strong when he needed to be, ultimately providing the best outcome that was possible. I would recommend Brian Heller to anyone needing an employment lawyer.

2nd Favorable Jury Verdict
Schwartz Perry & Heller LLP recently completed another trial in Supreme Court, New York County, in which we represented three former employees in an action involving their former employer in which our clients prevailed in every respect. This favorable verdict was the second occasion in less than one month in which our clients fully prevailed by securing a jury verdict after trial. We are pleased at our good fortune on behalf of our clients.

Prevailed on a Significant MotionAge Discrimination
We are pleased to announce that on June 30, 2010, the New York County Supreme Court granted our request to depose the most senior officer of the Defendant corporation in a litigation brought by one of our clients for age discrimination. The Defendant attempted to invoke a provision of the CPLR and Murray Schwartz and Matthew Schatz successfully argued that the provision invoked did not apply to the circumstances in this case. We are pleased that our efforts on behalf of our client were successful.

Employment contracts outline the terms and conditions of the working relationship, including job responsibilities, salary, duration, and termination clauses. Review them carefully before signing. If unclear, seek clarification or advice from an employment lawyer to ensure you fully understand your rights and obligations.
What is wrongful termination?
Wrongful termination occurs when an employee is dismissed in violation of employment laws or contract terms. This may include termination due to discrimination, retaliation, or breach of contract. If you suspect wrongful termination, document all relevant interactions and consult an employment lawyer to discuss your case and next steps.
How does one handle workplace discrimination?
If you experience workplace discrimination, it's important to document incidents and communicate concerns with your employer or HR department. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider contacting an employment lawyer for advice. They can guide you on filing a claim with the appropriate governmental body, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), or pursuing legal action if necessary.
What are employee rights at work?
Employees have a range of rights including fair compensation, a safe work environment, and freedom from discrimination and harassment. They are also entitled to privacy in personal belongings and communications. Familiarize yourself with employment contracts and company policies, and consult an employment lawyer if you suspect your rights are being violated.
