What Does Being Named to Super Lawyers Mean?
According to their website, "Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement."
To receive recognition by the Super Lawyers organization, attorneys must first be nominated by their peers for exceptional performance in their practice area and contributions to their local communities. Afterward, the nominees are assessed by the Super Lawyers organization to verify their accomplishments. Finally, Super Lawyers names the most deserving nominees to Super Lawyers lists - only 5% of the lawyers in any given state are named to Super Lawyers, and only 2.5% make it onto the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (reserved for younger attorneys with outstanding achievements).
This was Davida's eleventh year practicing employment litigation, and Brian's ninth. Their recognition by Super Lawyers stands as a further acknowledgment of their exceptional skills and the level of service Schwartz Perry and Heller, LLP, offers to clients.
