Julie Tucker joined Schwartz & Perry as an associate in 2009. Prior to joining Schwartz & Perry, Ms. Tucker gained valuable litigation experience at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, where she worked on a variety of large-scale litigation matters including intellectual property, white collar crime, antitrust and mass tort cases.
Since joining Schwartz & Perry, Ms. Tucker has had exposure to many aspects of employment law including gender, age, race, national origin, religious, disability, sexual orientation and pregnancy discrimination cases, as well as sexual harassment and retaliation.
Ms. Tucker has worked closely with the partners and associates of Schwartz & Perry on discovery, mediation and motion practice, including participating in depositions, drafting motions and appearing in court on behalf of clients. In addition, Ms. Tucker has assisted in negotiating employment agreements, has participated in mediations at alternative dispute resolution forums and has enjoyed mentoring participants in Schwartz & Perry’s internship program.
