We are pleased to share with our friends, a major Decision from the United States District Court, District of Connecticut.  The ruling is the result of a Motion for Summary Judgment made by the Defendants against our client's age discrimination and retaliation claims, in which our client prevailed.  The Decision addresses a number of important issues in the field of employment law, in particular age discrimination and retaliation.
