On September 16, 2006, Murray Schwartz lectured for an audience of more than 200 lawyers in a two-hour seminar at the Marino Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Schwartz discussed how to handle an employment discrimination case by addressing not only procedures Schwartz & Perry developed, but also strategies the firm has found to be successful. A written submission was made available for those who were in attendance, which provided relevant legal authority in the field of employment law.
