On February 15, 2007, Murray Schwartz, Brian Heller and Matthew Schatz presented a lecture called "Getting the Most Out of Your Case." The lecture was held at the Marino Institute for Continuing Legal Education and covered topics including evaluating liability and damages in discrimination claims, what to research to engage in successful settlement negotiations, intiating contact with the employer and how to create a successful settlement agreement.
