On March 12, 2007, the Federal Court Judge who presided over a trial in a retaliation case based upon an age discrimination claim, in which Schwartz & Perry represented the plaintiff, handed down a decision in our favor. The Judge issued a significant Order granting our request for attorney's fees, pre-judgment interest and costs, as the prevailing party.
