Mr. Schwartz is the Managing Partner of Schwartz & Perry, LLP, one of New York's leading and preeminent employment law firms. For the past twenty years, Mr. Schwartz has been directing and focusing the firm almost exclusively towards representing victims of employment discrimination, including sexual harassment, gender, age, race, and disability. Mr. Schwartz has been involved in a number of first-impression employment discrimination cases, has published numerous articles, lectures at conferences throughout the United States and has appeared on Fox TV and Larry King Live. Mr. Schwartz maintains an active practice in both state and federal court and as recently as a few months ago, secured a favorable jury verdict in a prominent age discrimination and retaliation case.
